OUR PROCESS
It all starts with a salvaged parts car saved from the crusher or parts located.
All steel frame is then built to hold seats or tv lift and car sheet metal.
Professionally applied urethane basecoat and clearcoat paint.
Completely assembled and tested to make sure everything works.
Parts to be used are then removed from car and cut to size.
Sheet metal is mounted to steel frame and all parts are welded to fit.
Then sanded and buffed to car show appearance.
Then put in crate and sealed with plastic to protect furniture during shipment.
All parts are sandblasted to remove rust and paint and repair all sheet metal.
Body work and primed to restore car parts to original like new condition.
Assembled with new or rechromed parts and new or polished stainless steel trim.
Final Step, crate loaded in transport truck and on its way to customer.
